Facilitating Drums Circles for team building, spiritual style events, family fun events, drum therapy of all aspects… the sky is the limit with the variety of Drums Circles that I facilitate. All my SeShonS, the Drum CirCle Journey Facilitations are tailored to the needs and wants of each client, event or venue.

SeShonS is the creation of Lindsey Mills.

...Her vision is to bring together a group of diverse people who gather in a circle to create “in-the-moment" recreational music in a spiritual, fun, supportive and safe environment.

As a Music Educator & Drum Circle Facilitator ~ I feel drumming provides an experience of togetherness and synchronicity in the sense of being one with each other. I have experienced that when people are all in a room together during a drum circle ~ who possibly feel out of sync in one way or another in their own life's journey ~ whether it be through mental illness, disease, depression or have a sense of being socially disconnected in one way or another and/or for no particular reason at all but want to be a part of something magical ~ I find it has truly helped them experience a transported state of being one with each other. It is a feeling of something special through being with others ~ something occurring in all of us at the same time which is creating a strong connectedness ~ which is healing and euphoric all at the same time.

Rhythm is a language ~ Rhythm succeeds where words fail ~ the hand drum has an extraordinary and consistent ability to create states of euphoria ~ induce light trance ~ promotes play ~ releases anger and promote feelings of community and unity as mentioned above.

Drumming is fun ~ can change your mood and connect you powerfully with others ~ can entrance and heal ~ can provide a vehicle for expressing joy, frustration and peace and can raise energies and provide relaxation.

Hand drumming as therapy is an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote healing and self-expression. It has been used for thousands of years to create and maintain physical, mental and spiritual health.

Drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and produces feeling of well-being, a release of emotional trauma, and reintegration of self.

Whether we participate for the spiritual experience, the emotional experience, the musical experience or the social experience, drumming can bring many hearts and souls to many destinations ~ yet we journey together.

It's not about inspiring successful drumming...It's about inspiring successful living.

Everyone Welcome ~ No Experience Necessary

I bring a variety of 10 hand drums and other percussive instruments. If there are more than 10 participants it is encouraged that participants borrow and/or bring their own to share with others and/or rent from a music store.
